The route to Dob Gill Waterfalls

Length - about 1 mile

*Commence from the Dob Gill Car Park (OS grid ref:- NY 316139) around a kilometre along the road from Wythburn on the western bank of Thirlmere, (this is a pay and display car park). Take the footpath that ascends through woodland from the back of the car park.

*Follow the obvious stone path uphill, passing through a gate in a stone wall and heading to the right of a large rocky crag (at the initial section of this walk the path rises steeply), continue along the path until reaching the waterfalls.

*Retrace your steps to reurn or continue along the path to Harrop Tarn
